Knodes was founded by award-winning Chartered Civil Engineer and innovation leader Chinwe Odili, whose work across engineering, innovation and future workforce development inspired the vision for a more connected pathway ecosystem between education and industry.
Recognised as a leading voice within engineering and future workforce innovation, Chinwe is the recipient of the ICE Tony Chapman Medal (2024), BPIC Female Engineer of the Year (2024), Highly Commended Engineer of the Year at The Engineering Talent Awards (2024), and was named a GEMInSTEM Top 24 Role Model by AfBE and the IET.
